A Little More About Us

I have always been excited about real estate. Since I was a child, I have enjoyed the dream of staking a claim in property that would be called home. The idea that a legacy of family experiences and memories can be cherished, while also providing the security of one of the largest financial decisions most people will make, is one of my favorite aspects of real estate.
My wife and I were both born and raised in Southern California, where we met in high school. We were both amazed by the natural beauty of North Idaho and the outdoor lifestyle and family culture that it provides. We decided that we wanted to raise our 3 children where we could enjoy the abundant lakes, rivers, mountains, and trees that Coeur d’Alene has to offer.
Transitioning our family home, business, rental properties, and life here to North Idaho has been an adventure. We have learned quite a bit throughout the process, and we are blessed to be able to share it with others.
My background as an engineer and a small business owner has always served me well, as I have strong attention to detail and an even stronger desire to understand exactly what my clients are asking for. If you are interested in buying, selling, or just learning about this great place that we get to call home, I am excited to speak with you.

I was a Law Enforcement Officer for 13 years, am now retired and a licensed Realtor® in North Idaho. Law enforcement blessed me with many opportunities that include advanced training in interview techniques, a Firearms Instructor and being a certified Police Motor Officer. I have been a law enforcement officer in three different states, therefore, my wife, three children, and I have been on your side of Real Estate quite a few times in the past. During each of those transactions, we have had both good and bad experiences. It is these experiences that are driving me to provide you with the utmost kindness, communication, and patience you will need while making one of the biggest financial decisions one can make.

I was born and raised in south Florida in a beautiful place called Okeechobee. I grew up in a baseball family.  My dad coached for 30 years in my hometown, and I played as a young child and all through college. Having played team sports growing up as a child and in college built a high level of communication in me. Law Enforcement enhanced the ability to communicate, along with recognizing different aspects of one's personality while speaking with them. This has contributed to my ability to create and maintain authentic and genuine relationships. I am grateful Windermere has provided me with this opportunity to serve you. I hope you will entrust me to provide you with the superior service Windermere Real Estate promotes, which is integrity, accountability and kindness.

Hope to speak with you soon!
